Ryan/Reilly REAE Endowed Scholarship: Will be awarded in 2008

John P. Ryan and Michael A. Reilly established an endowded scholarship in November 1998 to assist a student with their education and study in real estate. We are grateful for the generosity of Mr. Ryan and Mr. Reilly.

The Department of Finance and Real Estate will award this scholarship to one student per year as funds permit. Please note that we will not be able to award this scholarship every year.

Eligibility requirements are as follows:

1. Must be an enrolled graduate REAE student in the MSRE program or the Doctoral Minor in REAE and have completed at least one semester (Fall, Spring, or Summer).
2. Must be enrolled in the graduate real estate program for the following Fall and Spring semesters (the scholarship will be distributed 1/2 in the Fall semester and 1/2 in the Spring semester).
3. Progress in the program, scholarship, and financial need will be considered.

Scholarship recipient will receive a total of $1,000 distributed 1/2 in the Fall semester and 1/2 in the Spring semester and will be eligible for UTA's in-state tuition rate.

APPLICATION DEADLINE is July 31st and the receipient will receive notice in early August.
