  • Master of Science in Real Estate (MSRE) - a 36-credit hour (12 courses) flagship degree with 9 of 12 courses in real estate.
  • Certificate in Real Estate Development - a 15-credit hour program (5 specific real estate courses) for non-degree seeking graduate students. Note, Certificate students may apply to the MSRE at anytime. If accepted, Certificate courses can transfer to the MSRE.
