  2. Associate Director of UTA's Health Education and Research Center (HERC).
  3. Director of the Medical Mini MBA Program in conjunction with Texas Health Resources and University of Texas-Arlington.
  4. Developed Medical Mini MBA program in conjunction with Erlanger Medical Systems and University of Tennessee Medical School.
  5. Presented plan for Chattanooga City and County Government to develop a high-speed fiber backbone system to attract Information Technology jobs. As a result, 100 miles of dark fiber was buried in the county.
  6. Member of the Information Technology cluster team for the Michael Porter study of Chattanooga Regional Industries (2000-2001)
  7. Member of the Mayor of Chattanooga's Technology Council (1999-2001).
