MBA - real estate major prepares students to be leaders in the real estate industry and provides the quantitative and qualitative tools necessary for their role in shaping the future of the industry. Professionally oriented curriculum focuses on a wide range of issues and methods integral to the real estate industry. The objective of the program is to provide students with the knowledge and skills required to compete successfully in the real estate industry. The program focuses on providing the analytical framework necessary for making informed decisions regarding real estate investment, financing, development and appraisal/valuation.

Your specialization requires 9-18 credit hours of real estate coursework. Also, you require 18 hours of advanced course work outside your specialty which can be selected from any graduate business courses. You may choose your electives from the following list:
