- All scholarships administered through the UT Arlington Scholarship Office are reserved for students pursuing their first baccalaureate degrees. Scholarships require full-time enrollment for the duration of the scholarship and completion of 27 UT Arlington hours for the renewal years. In cases of multiple eligibility, students will receive only one general scholarship.
- Classification as a new freshman or as a transfer student for scholarship purposes is consistent with the published definition in UT Arlington's undergraduate catalog. The classification upon which a scholarship is awarded must meet catalog definitions at the time of admission and at the time of enrollment.
- A cumulative high school GPA may replace class rank when class rank is not officially provided. For scholarship purposes, the cumulative high school GPA will be uniformly calculated on an unweighted 4.0 scale.
- Consistent with Admissions policies, SAT scores for scholarship consideration will include Critical Reading and Math sections only.
Graduate students should contact the appropriate academic department for Scholarship information. Admission to the University is required for scholarship consideration. Apply online at www.uta.edu/admissions.
