HUSITA "Best IT Application" $1000 Award

The HUSITA (HUman Services Information Technology Applications) organization will present a "Best Human Services IT Application" Award for 2004-2006 at the HUSITA8 Conference on 26-29 August in Toronto, Canada.  The winner will receive a £500 cash (approximately $1000) award from CCBT, Ltd, and CHST, with a $100 book certificate from Haworth Press, publisher of the Journal of Technology in Human Services.  The 2nd and 3rd runner up will also be announced.  Any  information and communication technology (ICT) application currently operational and supported is eligible.  Nominations can be made by anyone, including the developer.  Nominations must be submitted by 1 Mar 07.  Nominees need not attend HUSITA8 to win.  Nominees will be screened and the winner selected by the HUSITA Board.  Note that all information submitted on this form might be used by HUSITA for publicity and research purposes.   If you or your organization would like to sponsor the 2nd or third runner up prize, please let me know.  * designates required information.
