Notes:

Professor McConnell teaches auditing courses. He has published in various journals including The Journal of Accounting, Auditing, and Finance, The Journal of Accountancy, and The CPA Journal.  Professor McConnell has been the recipient of several teaching awards and the UTA College of Business Administration Distinguished Professional Publication award.  He is also a Certified Fraud Examiner and was a supervising senior auditor at KPMG-Dallas office.
